Multiple shifts available:

12 hour shifts (6a-6p) or (6p-6a)

• F Shift = 6p-6a Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Saturday (15% shift differential)
• G Shift = 6a-6p Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Wednesday (no shift differential)
• H Shift = 6p-6a Wed, Thurs, Fri, every other Saturday (20% shift differential)

Hire Type: Direct hire

Relocation available: $5,000

Retention bonus available: $3,000

Work week: 45 hours/week

General Purpose:

Mechanical: Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems and production machines and equipment. Electrical: Maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment to ensure it is operational.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism.
• Repairs the failure mechanism in the most cost-effective manner.
• Performs preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.
• Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.
• Assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment.
• Records times and problems in equipment logs.
• Provides daily equipment functioning activity information.
• Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects.
• Aligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry.
• Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair, and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment.
• Highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in a related field, military technical training, or equivalent education and training.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or trade knowledge.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics, and maintenance manuals.
