Maintenance Technician Lead, Facility Technician, Building Maintenance

Fast paced commercial real estate company is looking for a maintenance technician to join our maintenance staff.

SUMMARY:

• The job includes a great variety of maintenance tasks such as preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems; drywall and painting; landscaping etc.
• Deploying from the office in company vehicle
• 8-hour shift, M-F with on call responsibilities 1 week a month

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial maintenance technician
• General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Worming knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

NICE TO HAVES:

• Any universal licenses would be beneficial: HVAC, refrigeration, etc.
