Responsible for overseeing the Casing & Crating department and support other functions as needed to successfully meet production goals. Job responsibilities - Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of Casing & Crating areas. - Provides training and direction to all technicians within the department to ensure all elements of manufacturing are being followed and executed to expectations with safety and quality in mind. - Oversee and control day-to-day activites of Casing & Crating technicians. - Drive productivity within the department. - Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping practices & company policies and procedures. - Schedule work for the department and assign daily work for all technicians. - Ensure Casing & Crating technicians perform their tasks following verbal and written instructions. - Work closely with Engineering on new products and processes to identify capability gaps and assist to develop work instructions. - Monitor and verify all Casing & Crati...Team Lead, Lead, 1st Shift, Support, Technician, Business Services
