The Yard Operations Associate is responsible for safely locating, receiving, inspecting, verifying, and documenting assets in a yard environment. This position will also provide inventory counts and operate various types and sizes of equipment. Essential Functions: Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Verify and document all assets arriving and departing the yard. Accurately stage and prep assets to fulfill incoming requests. Load and unload assets, conduct inspect procedures, fuel, and report the condition of assets per safety protocols. Provide timely updates for all inventory items leaving or returning to the yard through the Shipping and Receiving function. Photograph all incoming and outgoing assets and upload pictures following current processes.
