StevenDouglas has been exclusively engaged on a Corporate Controller search in Smith County, Texas. This is an outstanding career opportunity with a high degree of visibility within the Company. Relocation assistance is available.

Reporting to an amazing CFO, the Controller will oversee financial operations, GAAP compliance, planning, month end close, financial reporting, along with budgeting, forecasting and financial/variance analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience.
3. Minimum 2 years of management experience (ability and willingness to be a mentor for the team).
4. Advanced Excel Skills Required.
