Overview

ENERCON's Energy Group is seeking an Onsite Construction Site Lead to join our team based in Texas. In this role, you will manage RFIs, coordinate design reviews, and oversee project schedules, collaborating closely with a talented team to successfully bring projects to completion. Responsibilities

• Support Project Management: Assist the Project Manager by tracking schedules and managing resources.
• Engineering & Documentation: Handle RFIs, design changes, and deliverables; coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Participate in design review meetings; work with contractors and subcontractors on-site.
• Field Engagement & Data Gathering: Conduct walk-downs and assist in data collection activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 15 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 10+ years experience in Power Generation and Waste to Energy Plants.
• Knowledge of power plant systems and design processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
