We're looking for someone with excellent communication and people skills along with knowledge of the structure and operation components on bass boats to join our dynamic team as a Customer Relations Technical Specialist and help us continue producing world-class boats.POSITION SUMMARY:Provide assistance to dealers and/or retail customers as it pertains to technical, structural and operational issues, of their boat and/or trailer.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist dealers and retail customers with technical help as requiredAnalyze warranty data to generate appropriate reportsCoordinate repairs at satellite FRP shopsCoordinate the return and repair of warranty boats at the factoryReview and approve/disapprove warranty repair estimatesProvide dealers with on-site training in the operation of Skeeter boat componentsAssist dealers at fishing tournaments and boat showsResearch components within QAD for parts ordersContact all boat owners who return negative "CSI Survey's" and provide resolutions to their problems.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferredIntermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite Excellent communication and people skillsSome basic knowledge of the structure and operation of components on bass boats
