Responsibilities

• Provide a thorough walk- through of vehicle features, settings, and technology.
• Setting up and syncing smartphones to in-car systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering tech support, and ensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technology and features across all Ford models etc.
• Coordinate with the sales and service department to ensure a smooth delivery process.

• Ability to explain complex tech in simple, customer-friendly terms.
