Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop marketing plans accordingly.
  2. Brand Management: Establish and enhance the company's brand image and reputation. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional advertising. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  5. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and build strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and media to expand brand reach and awareness.
  6. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control. Provide regular budget updates and performance reports.
  7. Customer Insights and Analytics: Collect and analyze customer data and market insights to drive marketing decisions and improve customer experience. Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong business acumen and understanding of Southeast Asia market dynamics. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the region.
  4. Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Creative and innovative in developing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and inspire the team.
