Job Title: Project Manager - Owner's Engineering (Renewable Energy)

H9 Talent Solutions are supporting a global consulting and engineering firm, recognized as a leader in the renewable energy and energy storagesector, in their search for a Project Manager to join their Owner's Engineering team in the U.S.

The Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing the construction and commissioning phases of renewable energy projects-ensuring engineering excellence, maintaining client relationships, and delivering successful outcomes across various disciplines, including civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Owner's Engineering (OE) projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals to clients.
• Conduct engineering reviews for solar, wind, and storage projects.
• Manage internal project teams and coordinate work across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee quality assurance during construction and commissioning phases.
• Maintain strong, professional communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables across multiple active projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a project management or engineering role within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
