Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the routine activities of the scheduling department. Assists with workload by performing clerical activities necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the department. Responsibilities: Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability. Greets and obtains information necessary to direct patients, visitors and telephone callers to the appropriate individual or department.
