We are seeking an experienced Programmer with strong knowledge of Edgecam to support CNC machining operations in Kilgore, TX.

This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Edgecam software based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Set up CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis) including tooling, fixtures, and offsets
• Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle times, quality, and efficiency
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining strategies
• Perform first-article inspections and adjust programs as needed
• Troubleshoot machining issues, tooling problems, and program errors
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

• 3+ years of CNC programming and setup experience
• Hands-on experience with Edgecam
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling and/or turning operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience with tool offsets, feeds, speeds, and materials
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
