O'Mally Management Group (OMG) is partnering with Crossing Creeks Country Club to recruit a growth-oriented, service-minded Assistant Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Longview, TX.

We're looking for an energetic, growth-oriented, service-minded Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our country club while developing into our future Clubhouse Manager. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow into a leadership role.

You'll gain hands-on experience managing nearly every aspect of clubhouse operations while working alongside experienced leaders who are invested in your success.

Pay: $15.00/hour

What You'll Do

As Assistant Manager, you'll help ensure our members and guests enjoy an exceptional experience throughout the club. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, pro shop, pickleball, pool, kitchen, and other clubhouse amenities
  • Support staff scheduling, training, and daily supervision
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve member concerns professionally
  • Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the clubhouse
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Learn operational, financial, and leadership responsibilities in preparation for future advancement
  • Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Preferred Experience

Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, retail, entertainment, or other customer service leadership experience

Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus

Food & beverage experience is helpful but not required
